Overview

OVERVIEW Well it's a strnage semi-modular vocoder in now classic format similar to MOTHER32 that can be mounted into a Eurorack modular system. The Spectravox design is classic to prototype DIY silver that never went in prodution (see the SUBHARMONICON differences after market release) with 16 patch points (8 inputs + 8 outputs), a preview trigger button and a Canon XLR input for dynamic microphone with individual gain setting.

SYNTHESIS The vocoder features 10 bands, an oscillator with 2 shapes (saw/pulse) as a carrier that can be cross-faded between variable pulse width and white noise. The oscillator pitch can be controlled and sequenced by external voltage. Hold function allow to freeze the formant actually generated, classic from vintage vocoder.

LFO a single modulator.

FILTER a true filter band with no less than 8 band pass filters in the middle + 1 LPF + 1 HPF for two other bands.
