Virtual Analog Synthesizer (2009)
It's basically the portable desktop version of the famous Virus TI2 Keyboard keeping dual DSP engines, stuffed with3,000 patches ready to go. The TI2 Desktop is also lighter than the previous Virus TI Desktop (from 2005) .It also runs as a virtual instrument within asequencing software on both Mac- or PC-based laptop computer.
SOUND Virus TI series features a dual core DSP system capable of generating between 20-90 voices with 192 Khz studio grade D/A converters (+4dB balanced output), with soft limiting algorithm at 24 bit A/D converters. Various oscillator models including Virtual Analog, Wavetable, HyperSaw, Grain- and Formant Table types.

Filter: 2 independent multi-mode filters (HP, LP, BP, BS) and the Analog Filter which was modeled after the Moog MiniMoog™ cascade filter with 6-24 dB Slope and self-oscillation.
Arpeggiator: 32-step user-programmable arpeggiator pattern for every patch.
LFO: 3 LFOs with 68 waveforms to choose from. 2 fast ADSTR envelopes.
MEMORY: 512 RAM patches and 26 banks of each 128 ROM patches which can be exchanged by the user.
TI2 Desktop can be controlled as a virtual instrument: just connect the TI2 Desktop to your computer USB cable and it will appear as a virtual instrument within your DAW. Doing so expands the user interface, granting the user new, intuitive ways for sculpting their waves. User settings will be saved when you exit the program so your virtual synth will be just how you left it the next time you load it as a virtual instrument.
