The analog synthesizer Roland Juno 6 was released on 1982, it was the memory less version of the iconic JUNO60- It has been featured in the italian movie "Abbronzatissimi" from 1991 directed by Bruno Gaburro and starring Eva Grimaldi, Alba Parietti, Jerry Calà , Mauro Di Francesco, Mariangela Giordano.
Extremely popular trash movie in Italy, featuring trivial jokes, half naked women and vulgarities all around, nothing really essential in the history of movies, but let's not be too snobbish (Vox populi).
The plot: Different stories on the Adriatic coast during summer: A pianist is the lover of a rich woman who wishes for him a future as a killer, a young prostitute seeks true love, two workers want to get married. The pianist plays the piano with ... guess it?!
During the a party full of nice girls, the main "actor" jerry Calà , an italian party-pianist plays the roland juno 6 with a true piano sound. It's fun that in all movies, the sound never matches the original one. The Japanese synth is of course switched off and not connected, used as a prop.
The movies go on with more "smart-ass" jokes, but no more vintage synth could be spotted.
