Eko Dream Box model 12 / 15 (1978)

 

The dream box series model 12 and 15 are analog preset drum machines. Later rebranded under Eko Music box name.

DRUMMACHINE front panel features 2 knobs for volume and tempo.

- 12 preset buttons for model 12
- 15 preset buttons for model 15

Back panel terminal connectors:
- jack output
- pedalswitch input for pattern start/stop.

 

 

SOUND the transistor board generates 7 analog percussions including Bassdrum, Snare, Cuica, Tom and others percussions. Unfortunately these cannot be edited but maybe some trimmers adjust (at you own risk).

PATTERNS dream box series exists in 2 models: the 12 and 15 with different number of presets that cannot be changed except for tempo speed (btw: NO sync option).

VERSIONS:
- Model 12 features 12 different patterns: waltz, tango, march, foxtrot, swing, slow rock, rock pop, soul, samba, bossanova, cha-cha and mambo.
- Model 15 adds 3 extra patterns: beguine, shake and rhythm and blues.
