DRUM MACHINE Main panel features 3 sliders, 3 switches, 2 knobs and 17 push buttons.

TECH main core based on 8-bits processor model UPD7811G same featured into the iconic ROLAND TR-909. The PB-300 system manages 6 analog channels and 8 analog percussions:

DRUM there are 16 pattern presets and no possible edit except 2 variations:
- fillin every 2/4/8/12/16 measures
- accent level amount.

Pattern rhytms are: rock (x3), waltzer, bossanova, samba, disco, rhumba, chacha, swing (x2), slow rock, shuffle, enka, march and beguine.

BASS/CHORDS/ARPEGGIATORS originally made for the HP system, this sections is a simple arranger with real-time tone transpose controlled by Midi, but It cannot be triggered directly from main panel.

 

SYNC the internal tempo range is from 40 to 250 BPM or PB can be synched to external MIDI clock

IMPORTANT: it is NOT possible to trigger instruments by MIDI.

 

REPAIR & MODS pretty solid machine, no main issues.
