Pearl AD-33
Analog Delay Effector (198x)

 

Stompbox combining 2 interchangeable analog delays based on bucked brigade chips. The ad33 is part of SOUND CHOICE family from PEARL EFFECTORS series.

NOTE: the Ad33 we have for review is in very bad comestic shape, sorry for the pics :)

PEDAL EFFECT Main panel features 6 knobs and 2 switches that alternates 2 delays.

Rear panel terminal connectors:
- footswitch (same as frontal)
- mixed out
- dry out
- input


Power supply is a 18V external PSU -) or 2 x 9V batteries.

SOUND standard effect based on bucked brigades MN3005.
Delay time range is from 20 to 350 ms for each echo section I and II, the drawback is that these delays cannot be chained in serial but just alternated between I and II.

EFFECT several available parameters:
1- input : sets the incoming signal level
2- delay level: adjusts volume of echoes
3- delay time adjusts the delay time
4- feedback: is the regeneration, numbers of delays
NOTE : Input and delay level are common for both delay I and II while time and feedback are individual.

A sticker with some basic instructions - on the right the hatch for 2 X 9V batteries.
