Overview
Main panel features a 16 X 2display, 18 buttons and a data encoder

Sound
unit manages up to 16 voices based AW2 Advanced Wave Memory 2 synthesis.
The patch main architecture is composed by 1, 2 or 4 PCM oscillators or ELEMENTS.

Wavetable
2 MB ROM contains 74 waveforms at 32 or 48 kHz / 16 bits organized into 3 macro categories:
- 50 PCM acoustics: piano, organs, guitar and more
- 8 PCM basic digitals: saw, square and more
- 16 PCM drums and percussions

Filter
2 digital resonant filters in cascade, they both feature a -12dB slope.
- Filter 1 mode is both lowpass and highpass
- Filter 2 mode is only lowpass.

LFO
single delayed digital modulator for each ELEMENT and 3 destinations:
- AMOD: amplitude
- PMOD: pitch
- CUTOFFMOD: filter cutoff.

Envelope
there are 3 EG families per element:
- AEG amplitude : 4 segments + 5 levels and octave scaling setting
- PEG pitch: 4 segments + 5 levels and octave scaling setting
- CEG1 filter: 6 segments + 5 levels and octave scaling with breakpoints
- CEG2 filter: same as CEG2

NOT : polyphony / edit / some outdated PCM
"Still after many years the Tg55 is a surprise! double resonant filters are very cool for digital cutting sweeping pads and complex EGs! of course no use for modern acoustic instruments.
Cheap and understimated"
