Each sample can be edited with 7 pan positions, tune pitch (128 steps) and an assigned analog output.

Performance
each sound can be played in 3 different modes:
1- MONO: sound is retriggered at each press
2- POLY: sound finishes the EG at retrig (possible overlap)
3- EXCLUSIVE for hihat :open and close hihat cannot be played together

DDD1 can be expanded using the optional and rare DSB-1 sampling board: 13,6 / 23,1 Khz for a max time of 3.2 sec.
Samples cannot be edited more than standard internal PCM..

Envelope
only the decay (16 steps) can be set for each percussion.
Pads sensibilities can be also set from the edit interface.

Review
OK: cheap / 12 bits / pads
NOT : obsolete
"A pretty punchy 12 bits machine with good drum sequencer. Multi outs and Rom cards are good extra features."
