Overview
single rackmunt unit.
The main panel features 16 x 2 lines display, 4 push buttons and 1 data encoder.
Back panel terminal connectors:
-
Midi interface
- main outputs
-
4 AUX outputs
Voice
32 digital voices polyphony-
A basic patch or stack is composed by
4 sample layers then a kit holds up to 24 stacks assigned to keyboard zones.
Each layer can be played read forward or delayed.
Wavetable
internal 4 MB ROM is coded at 39 kHz 16 bits, wavetable is derived from classic Emulator III library and offers:
-
140 PCM percussions
- 4 PCM basic waveforms
-
21 PCM mathematical generated inharmonic waves
-
51 PCM digitally created pulse and FM waves
Performance
machine handles 16 kits with individual settings:
- volume / pan
- zone map
- velocity
- gate or trig mode
LFO
Matrix control and a single oscillator for each layer, 4 shapes : triangle, saw, sinusoidal and square.
LFO
Destinations are: amplitude and pitch
Envelope
- EG1 amplitude: 3 segments AHD with inverse slope switch.
- EG2 pitch: controls the pitch decay
Memory
-
64 ROM patches
- 64 RAM patches
Review
OK: cheap / some pcm
NOT : no filter / no trigger / edit
"Samples are a bit old and programming could be tedious, however it could be interesting for sampling experimentation. "
