Trend price : 100€
Italian foot-operated bass analog monosynthesizer, not exactly a Moog Taurus but the idea is there.
Overview
13 notes pedal (C-C) and no velocity. The main panel features 5 edit buttons.
Back panel terminal connectors:
-
mono main out
- gain knob
Sound
monophonic machine generates 2 sounds that can be mixed at different octaves:
-
reed 16' + 8'
-
string 16' + 8'
Voice
a simple divider circuit with 12 tuning trimmers. A single voice seems to be directly derived from the model Eko tiger organ, one of the worst unreliable machine ever made.
Envelope
the dedicated button activates a longer sustain mode which can be short or long.
Maintenance
I had 2 issues:
- oxidised contacts under the notes but quite easy to fix
-
Major issue was the square wave generator that had often a lower volume
