A simple digital voice changer unit with pitch transpose and robot-voice speech mode.

Overview
DESKTOP MODULE (weight: 0.5 Kg ) Main panel features 4 sliders, 8 buttons and a peak diode.

Voice
unlike many pitch-shifters the VT-1 maintains the original formants as close as possible the original voice character within a 12 semitones range. The volume balancing mixes the dry voice with the effected one, in addtion it is possible to add a basic reverb with no edit control and fixed parameters.

Robot mode
this special function freezes the incoming voice to a fixed tonality.

- 4 RAM slots
- 4 ROM presets
To memorize an edited sound, just press WRITE button.

"Fun, but now coul be considered a bit obsolete: The same pitch shifter DSP has been implemented on later Roland machines like VF1 or AIRA VT-3 with new functions, resulting definitively more versatile and more powerful. Bargain price."
