Rackmount digital delay at 12 bits resolution and a LFO modulator.
Overview
(weight: 3.8 Kg) 1 unit. Main panel features 8 knobs for real time edit , 4 switch tabs and a LED peak meter.
Terminal connectors:
- signal input
- direct out
- mixed out
- inverted (phase) mixed out
- trigger input
- 3 footswitch inputs
Effect
sampling system at 12 bits resolution.
2 main digitalizing modes alternated pushing MODE button:
- MODE 1 (X1) : delay time range from 1.25 Ms to 640 ms at high quality rate (10 Hz to 10 kHz).
- MODE 2 (X2) : double time available, half quality sampling (10 Hz to 4.5 kHz).
Time memory
9 different preset range time: 2.5, 5, 10, 40, 80, 160, 320 and 640 ms. The nearby green knobs is the fine values tuning, while the yellow one sets the total feedback.
Freeze sampling
delayed sound can be "frozen" by pushing the HOLD button resulting in a kind of infinite repeats or loops. Special sampling mode records a short 640 mS sample triggerable by an external signal such as a drum machine.
Sync
delay time can be set with external external analog signal signal into the TRIG IN connector - works very nice with vintage drum machines generating trigger pulses like Roland TR-808.
LFO
a single triangular modulator routed to pitch modulation with variable depth amount.

Review
OK: raw 12 bits / sync / modulation
NOT : hold / obsolete for moden setups
" Fun rack, reminds me half rack from boss like RPD with same sound color. Grit lo-fidelity sound!"
