Elka Rhythm Machine (1975)

 

Basic Italian analog drum machine with patterns presets styles and no sync option.

DRUM MACHINE main panel features 8 pot sliders for instruments levels, 16 push buttons for rhythm selection and 2 sliders for tempo rate (exponential?) and main volume.



Rear panel terminal connectors:
- main signal out
- start/stop pedalswitch input.

 

 

VOICE machine based on transistors manages 8 voices channels, technically spotted an IC SL30747, but no information about this one. Simply choose a pattern played by 8 sounds, then set the tempo and adjust the volume in the mixer section.

RHYTHMS RHYTHM machine generates 16 preset rhythms with no possible combo option
TIP : that if any buttons are pressed a 17th unknow pattern will play.

SYNC no options, however I found a video on you tune where the drum machine seems to be synched to another- schematics are required.
